| Having trouble opening attachments in
Outlook Express? If the names of the attached files are grayed out when you click on the
paperclip icon to retrieve them, click the 'Tools' menu in Outlook Express, click
'Options' and then click the 'Security' tab. Remove the check from 'Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus'. Finally, exit
Outlook Express and re-open. You should now be able to access attachments. |
