Q: Why won't my e-mail server accept my password?
A: Check to make sure you're using the e-mail password that you personally set-up, not the dialer password assigned by USFamily.Net.
Q: Why does my e-mail start downloading a message and then seem to get stuck?
A: It is not stuck, it is most likely downloading an extremely large message. You can wait patiently for it to finish, or you may access it using our Webmail system from our home page. If your modem disconnects, you may have a modem, driver or settings problem.
