Triskellion Award

( Not an Internet Award )

Today’s Wicca has many people who are just along for the ride. A need to give recognition to our heroes and spiritual leaders exists. The Triskellion award is  recognition for :

Service to the Old Gods that goes beyond self interest and is a true gift to the Gods.  Community service such as highway trash pickup, volunteering at soup kitchens, eldercare volunteers, actions that are done as Wiccans are possible qualifications for the award.

Standing against abuse within the craft or of  the craft by those who seek to dominate it by force or fraud. This does not cover witch wars but actual criminal abuse against someone else.

We will not accept a person nominating themselves or  anyone close to them. No husbands, wives, coveners or  students.  We will not consider a person who is directly benefiting from these actions or who’s actions are of primary benefit to friends, family, coven or group.

The Award will take the form of a major ritual tool hand crafted especially for the recipient.  Previous Awards have taken the form of Alter Pentacles, Swords, Athames and figures of Gods or Goddesses.  Triskellion will investigate and determine if any person nominated deserves the Award.  We will check with the recipients of any charity to confirm that there was an actual donation.

If you know someone who you believe deserves the award,  E-mail us with an explanation of why they deserve it.
