Sabbat Design
The mystic vision is the more than ordinary / real perception of the spiritual. In it a mystic goes on a quest to find the truth. And sees God face to face. Ordinary people are encouraged to Believe in these experiences without having them. The Mystic does not believe, they know because they saw and experienced their vision. Wicca with its knowledge and use of magic has a tool that can build a bridge from the ordinary world to the mystic vision that does not require the heroic effort of a mystic.

1. Sabbats are designed to be High Magic inducing personal transformation in the people attending

2. Designed to express a spiritual / psychological truth concerning the Lord, Lady, Brotherhood and  the world we live in.

3. Designed to act out and make personally real the relationship of the attendees to Lord, Lady, Brotherhood, based on the concept that we are a part of them like cells in the body of a giant. That we need them and they  need us.

4. Designed to fill deep psychological needs. I.e. being told by your mate why you are loved. Being required to  find some act that you have completed  in the year and share it with Lord, Lady, Brotherhood and the coven and  receiving praise for these accomplishments. Being required to face the concepts of Death and come to some acceptance of them.
