James B. and Martha A. (Pancake) Wheatley and daughter, Verdi. James Wheatley (1850-1917) was the son of William and Ladenia (Fugate) Wheatley. Martha (Pancake) Wheatley (1858-1917) was the daughter of Isaac and Nancy (Ratliff) Pancake. Both James and Martha (Pancake) Wheatley are buried in Bethel Church Cemetery in Hanes-Forsyth Co., NC.

Christine writes, "This photo was printed on cloth. My Grandmother gave it to my Mom and my Mom to me. My Grandfather was William Henry Wheatley, son of James Benjamin Wheatley and Martha Ann Pancake."
