In The Name of God Amen this seventh Day of
November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
forty Eight I Fredrick Godtschalk of Frankonia Township in the
County of philad and province of pensilvania husbandman being at prese
nt Weak of Body but of a sound Disposing mind and memory thank
be unto the Lord for his Goodness and mercy Towards me and now
considering the uncertainty of this Transitory life and Certainty of Death
[do?] make and ordain this my Last Will and Testement in manner and
[unreadable] first of all I Recommend my soul unto the hands of
[unreadable] [and commit my?] Body to the Earth from
[whence it came?] decently to be buried att the Discretion of my Execu
[hereafter?] named and as for the Wordly Estate wherewith it hath
[pleased?] the Lord to Bless mine Endeavours I Give and Dispose the
same as followeth Imprimus I give and Bequeath unto my Loving
Wife annmary Godtschalk the third part of all my Estate Both Real
and personal after all my Just Debts be paid During her Natural
Life and after her Death my Will is that it shall be Equally Devoided
between my five Children to wit agnes panncak wife of Yost
[panncak?] and Andrew Godtschalk mary Crout wife of Johan Crout and Ann
[Alleback?] wife of [Christian?] Alleback and Elisabeth myer wife of
[unreadable] have share and share alike of the above
[unreadable] [their?] mothers Decease [unreadable] further my
[Will?] that my son Andrew Gotschalk shall have thirty pounds more
out of the Rest of my Estate then aney of the other Children Item
and it is further my will that the Remainder part shall Equally be
[devided?] Between my five Children agnes Andrew mary Ann
and Elisebeth Shear and Shear alike Item and it is further [my?]
will that my son in Law Johan Crout shall have twenty five accres
of Land out of my tract whereon he now Dwelleth he paying unto my

[unreadable] and further it is my will that the sd. ten pounds shall be [devided?]
