By virtue of a writ of testatum venditioni exponas, issued out of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette county, to me directed, will be exposed to sale at the Court House, in the Borough of Pittsburgh, on Saturday, the 23d day of May, inst. Fifty acres of Land, more or less, situate in Elizabeth twp., Allegheny county, adjoining lands of George SILL, George PANCAKE, Patrick LYNCH, and others; subject to $150, due therefrom to Thomas BAIRD, assignee of Samuel JONES. Seized and taken in execution as the property of Gaspar HESSMAN, and to be sold by /s/Wm. MC CANDLESS, Sheriff. May 5.
