     Before me,  Geo. W. Thompson , Judge of the Court of Probate, for said County, came personally  George Huddle , who being first duly sworn, saith that  he  is more than  21  years of age, that he has no wife living, that he is not nearer kin to  Victoria Pancake  than second Cousins, that she is more than  18  years of age, that she has no husband living, that she resides at the present time in this county, and that there is no legal impediment to their being joined in marriage, and further saith not.
     Sworn to and subscribed before me the  14'  day of  May , A.D. 1887.

     The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for said parties, and upon oath states; that said  William Pancake  is  22  years of age, on the  18  day of  March  1899, his residence is  Ironton , his place of birth is  Ironton , his occupation is  Laborer , his father's name is  Henry Pancake , his mother's maiden name was  Mary Null , that he was  not  previously married, and that he has no wife living.
     That said  Addie Blackwell  is  30  years of age on the  3d  day of  November  1899, her residence is    -----    Lawrence County, Ohio, her place of birth is            , her occupation is     -----     , her father's name is  John Blackwell , her mother's maiden name was  Rachel Sharp ; that she was  not  previously married, and is  not  a widow or divorced woman, her married name being     -----    ; that she has no husband living. Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal impediment to their marriage.
