Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock in the Forest City Presbyterian church for Mrs. Fred Pankake, and were conducted by Rev. E. W. Marshall. Interment was in the cemetery east of the village. She had been in poor health for some time and she passed away last Wednesday.
     Isabelle Hamilton was born August 29, 1865 in Bellevue, Michigan, and came to Meeker county with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Hamilton when 17 years of age. She was married to Fred Pankake in February 1888 at Forest City and was preceded in death by her husband and their eldest daughter Myrtle, Mrs. John Harbinson.
