Mrs. Agnes Hathaway, 71, of Monticello and formerly of Kimball, Minn. passed away Monday at the Monticello-Big Lake Hospital.
     The former Agnes Donnohoe was born in Maine Prairie Township east of Kimball, Jan. 8, 1894. She married Clarence Hathaway Feb. 3, 1917 and they lived in Kimball until 1928 when they moved to Angora, Minn. The couple returned to Kimball in 1960. Her husband preceded her in death in 1962. Mrs. Hathaway had been living at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Eldon (Alvina) Elsenpeter, Monticello since 1963.
     Surviving are four sons and two daughters: Elmer, New York, N. Y.; Walter, Laurence Mass.; Leonard, Lakeville, Minn.; Elvin, Hazelwood, Mo.; Mrs. Elsenpeter, Monticello; and Mrs. Jerry (Aline) Hackey, Angora.
     Also surviving are 16 grandchildren.
     Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. from the Church of Christ, Kimball, with burial in Fairhaven Cemetery. Robert Bryan will officiate.
     Friends may call at the Dingmann Funeral Home, Kimball, from Thursday morning until 1 p.m. Friday.
