Samuel G. "Tony" Pancake

     Pancake, Samuel G. "Tony", Wayne, MI (Formerly of Ypsilanti) Age 78, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2005 at the Annapolis Hospital. He was born on September 22, 1926 in Ashland, KY, the son of Tilden and Mollie (Lakin) Pancake. Tony worked for MI Trenching for 15 years, then became self- employed, owning several businesses. He was a member of Living Waters Worship Center of Belleville and was a lifetime member of the Eagles Aerie #2250. Tony enjoyed fishing, playing cards and car racing. Survivors include: his wife, Emily Pearl; nine children; five stepchildren; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Monday, May 9 at STARK FUNERAL SERVICE Moore Memorial Chapel, Pastor Jamie Cooley officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the church. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
