Gives date of marriage of Jane Pancake to William Daily as "on or about" 01 Aug 1843.

Ross Co. OH Deed Book Vol. 60, pp. 157-159 (LDS Microfilm #0340486); 01 Jun 1857; William and Jane Martin of Harrison Co. MO, to John & Samuel Pancake of Ross Co. OH, "the one undivided fourth part" of a certain tract of land of about 217 acres, plus another tract of land of about 45 acres, for $3000.

OH; this Jane was apparently the daughter of John Pancake Jr. (1798-1871), the Jane Pancake (age 19) who was listed in his household in the 1850 US census record for Pike Co. OH. Jane (Pancake) Martin appears in US census records for Cypress Twp., Harrison Co. MO with husband and family in 1860 and 1870; Jane and family minus husband in 1880; Jane as boarder with unrelated family in 1900.]
