Book 4, page 151: Lease dated 11 March 1777 between John Pankake of Hampshire County and Andrew Pancake of the same place wherein the term of the lease is for the natural life of John Pancake of the lease, Isaac Pankake son of Andrew Pankake and David Pankake son of Joseph Pankake and the longest liver of them.

Book 4, page 153: Lease dated 11 March 1777 between Andrew Pankake of Hampshire County and Daniel McNeil wherein the term of the lease is for the natural lives of the said Andrew Pankake, Joseph Pankake his son, and John Pankake his brother.

Book 24, page 479: Deed dated 18 February 1826 between Joseph Rinker and Elizabeth his wife, wherein it is recited that Joseph Pancake formerly of Hampshire County father of said Elizabeth was entitled in his life time to an equitable right to a parcel of land which John Pankake Sen had a legal title to and which John Pancake and his son Simon Pancake conveyed to Uriah Bluce 11 October 1800 and the equitable right of Joseph Pankake, he having died intestate, vested in Elizabeth and her three sisters each as to a one-fourth interest.
