Boyd L. Pankake of Litchfield, died on September 20, 1981 at the University of Minnesota hospital. He was 62 years of age.
     Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a son, William of Helena, MT; three daughters, Mrs. Dale (Rosemarie) Nelson of Chester, MT, Mrs. Bruce (Diane) Jones of Huston, TX, Sue Ann of Litchfield; eight grandchildren; a great grandchild; two brothers, Gale of S. Car., Hess of OK and a sister, Mrs. Eldred (Martha) Anderson of Hutchinson.
     Funeral services will be held at St. Philip's Catholic Church on Thursday, September 24 at 11:00 a.m. Msgr. John Ward will officiate. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
     Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Johnson-Hagglund Funeral Home in Litchfield, with parish prayers at 8:00 p.m.
