The Letter of Intent for the 2012-2013 season is now available. (No fee increase, again.)

       1. Download a copy by clicking on Letter of Intent
       2. Fill it out on your computer or print it and fill it out by hand.
       3. Save a copy of it on your computer. Besure to rename it e.g. MySchoolNameLofI.pdf
       4. E-mail us a copy.
       5. Print a copy and send it through your office for payment.
       6. Filling in your Principal's name is good enough. The signature block is there so your Bursar knows s/he has approved it.
       7. You can just print the blank form and fill it out by hand.

The 2012 Coach's Manual is available for downloading via the link below:

       2012 Coach's Manual

There have been a couple of additions to the Manual so it is a good idea to download a new copy and review it.

You may also need the following forms:

Use these forms if you intend to fill them out on your computer. Save them using an appropriate deccriptive name. They can
then be e-mailed with all the meet results. They will automatically add up all the scores. Please do not use one of these forms
if you are going to fill it out by hand. It has a zero in the total column that interferes with what you write and makes it hard to
    read, expecially when faxed.

7th and 8th Grade Roster Sheet

       9th Grade Roster Sheet

       Teams Roster Sheet

Use these form if you are going to fill them out by hand. You can also use your computer to fill in the participant information,
and then print it out to take to the meet with you.
They can then be faxed in, or scanned and e-mailed.

       9th Grade Roster Sheet

       Teams Roster Sheet

Note: You will need a copy of Acrobat Reader to use these files. It is available free from many sources. Please do not use
"Preview" on a Mac  computer. It does not play well with the Adobe Reader and I only see one entry at a time, and
then only if I click on it.
It will only print as an unfilled out form.

For those of you that would prefer using an Excel spreadsheet, I now have three new forms.

7th and 8th Grade Roster Sheet for a single team in Excel

            For a single team.

7th and 8th Grade Roster Sheet for up to 10 teams in Excel

For up to ten teams. If you would like more teams, let me know and I can make up a sheet for you.

9th Grade Roster Sheet in Excel

For a single 9th grade team.

If you can think of a different form, or a variation of one of the existing forms, let me know, and I can see if I can make one up.
