Is there no end to the ignominy these poor engines must suffer ? This afternoon all the laptop parts were dry, again, so I reassembled it, no joy!! I took it all apart, looked it over real good and reassembled it, still no joy!  If I can't get this slug running its going to turn into a big deal to download my camera's pictures, and next to impossible to get a web page running to display them. Third time is the charm, I disassembled it completely again, re-inspected everything and put it all back together. . . . . It woke up like nothing had happened.
(NOTE: Dec 19 and it's still running solid despite having fallen off the bike once and fallen with the bike once)
If I really love these Macs so much, you'd think I'd take better care of them; they sure can take a punch.
(NOTE-update, Sept, '07. That Apple PowerBook 1400-C is working still !)
