Notice of annual meeting of the IAAM membership

You are cordially invited to the annual meeting of the membership of IAAM, which will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., at the home of Pat and Gene Allred, 4006 Edmund Boulevard, Minneapolis. According to Article III, Section I, of the IAAM Bylaws, the association is to hold an annual meeting of the membership to transact the following business:

Section 1—Annual meetings: An annual meeting of the membership shall be take place in the month of November, the specific date, time and location of which shall be designated by the chair. At the annual meeting the membership shall elect directors and officers, receive a financial report and reports on other activities of the association, and determine the direction of the association for the coming year.

Because of board members’ schedules and the Thanksgiving holidays, the Board decided to hold the 2009 annual meeting during the first week of December. All members in good standing with the association are invited to be present and to vote at the meeting.
