Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS:
 | 4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
 | 1 tablespoon milk |
 | 1 tablespoon white sugar |
 | 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed |
 | 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust |
 | 1 cup cold milk |
 | 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix |
 | 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin puree |
 | 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
 | 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
 | 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves |
DIRECTIONS:
- In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, milk
and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread into bottom
of crust.
- Pour milk into large bowl, and thoroughly mix in
pudding mix, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. When thickened, spread
over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours, or until set.

INGREDIENTS:

1 12oz pkg. semisweet
chocolate chips |
 |
1 c peanuts |
 |
3 1/2 c chow mein noodles |
 |
1 10 1/2oz pkg. miniature
marshmallows |
 |
1/2 c raisins; optional |

DIRECTIONS:
Melt chips , remove from heat.
Stir in
peanuts, marshmallows and noodles. Use a heaping teaspoon of prepared
mixture and drop on waxed paper to form a cluster.
Makes 2-3 dozen.

VARIATION:
Same as above except use caramel, butterscotch, peanut butter, or
cherry pieces in
place of chocolate chips. Or you can combine chips, example chocolate and
peanut butter.

Quick and Easy Fruit Dip

grapes & strawberries." Original recipe yield: 25 servings.

INGREDIENTS:

1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow
creme |
 |
1 (8 ounce) package cream
cheese, softened |
 |
2 tablespoons frozen orange
juice concentrate, thawed |
DIRECTIONS:
-
In a medium size serving bowl, mix together marshmallow
crème, cream cheese, and orange juice. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
