shuttle Buran Flight 5 would have been the first flight of the third Buran space shuttle; the first shuttle to equipped with life support systems and ejection seats. Two cosmonauts would have attached the 37KBI module to Mir's Kristall module with the Buran robotic arm. The Buran program was cancelled in June 1993. |
