The Common Guy

Issues:
This website is designed to give the common man an opportunity to get another viewpoint other than the ones your forced to listen to on conservative based radio stations and I offer a differing, common sense, viewpoint on some issues.
This site is not about being Liberal, or Conservative, Democrat, or Republican, This is about what's going on in this part of America, from the eyes of a common guy. There is a local program in Minnesota called "Garage Logic". I find that I am in tune with a lot of conservative ideals that are subscribed to on this program. On the other hand there are some things that these folks are out of tune, and out of touch with. I am intending on putting out some new ideas from my perspective that's all.
I'm beginning to wonder if any of us is going
to be truly able to NOT offend any one. It seems that we are always offending
one group of people or another. I am growing very weary of worrying about
offending someone. If I wish to offend someone I will simply call them an ass.
If I don't wish to offend someone why do you have to try to read between the
lines. If someone inadvertently offends me, I blow it off. If someone
intentionally offends me I will deal with that in an adult fashion. At no time
do I plan to file a lawsuit. I don't call the police. I don't want to enact an
ordinance. I deal with it like a man. I am responsible for the intent of
my words, not for how they are perceived or interpreted. As I see it we can do
one of Two things. We could behave like Zell Miller, the esteemed the republican
senator:
MILLER: I wish we lived in the day where you
could challenge a person to a duel.

OK by Definition "Illegal" alien co notates "against the law". These people come here from a different country, wave their flag, use our health care for free, (Someone has to pay for it), and then I have to push 1 for English. Why do I have to change anything that I do to accommodate other people who are here illegally. even the people who are here legally have made a choice. The choice to become an American. Here's what you do to fix it.
Send them all back- it's not like we need them.
Make the company's hiring illegally pay with much harsher fines and Jail time.
Continue reinforcing the boarders- it's in our countries interest and the interest of national security.
We need to do this now!!! It's already out of hand.
OK people...The election is coming. Folks just remember that the word incumbent also stands for people who killed bars and restaurant business in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Duluth, and even Moose Lake. These self righteous individuals want to even take away our rights on the state level. You need to Vote, and Vote for the right person. Find out where the people that you vote for stand on this issue. If you don't then we as Americans have lost. You need to be counted.
Just remember a fee and a tax are the same thing in this case.
I think that the biggest problem I have with the Republican party is that they are backed by these idiots. Maybe I just think there's something very wrong with a group of people telling others that they are not living right and they need to change.
If you think about it how can these arrogant pricks tell 1 billion Chinese that their wrong. I like to think that my ideas are correct as well, but I don't want to push my ideas down every ones throat. I'm so sick of being told that my way of life is wrong or that I'm going to hell.
A persons religious beliefs are personal and should stay that way. I don't push my religious beliefs on anyone, so why do they try to push their beliefs on me. I don't know if it's in the bible but it should be. "Live and let live".
One of the dorks that lead this group says that he can leg press 2000 LBS. The world record is just over 1000! http://thinkprogress.org/2006/05/23/2000-lbs/ This is the same guy that talks to god regularly, ( and he ran for president once). Real stable folks.
religious evangelism is just as dangerous in any religion. One has to wonder about the mental stability of anyone who really believes all of their crap.
Here's a new slant on things. Legalize it all. We keep spending billions in drug interdiction and paying banana republic governments to not develop drugs. When we're manufacturing it right here in our own back yard. We would put billions of dollars back into our budget instead of continuing to fight a war that we can't win.
