Plug & Play Installation - $19.95 + Sales Tax Recommended for customers with moderate computer experience. With Plug & Play Installation, the DSL modem will arrive at your home fully configured and operational.  The DSL Modem is pre-configured by USFamily.Net and is ready to hook up to your computer.  All you have to do is follow our easy instructions to connect your DSL modem to your computer and you are ready to begin accessing the Internet. This installation option is available only for customers connecting their modem via ethernet.

USFamily.Net Installation - $79.99 + Sales Tax Recommended for customers with novice to moderate computer experience. With USFamily.Net Professional installation option, a member of our trained, technical support staff will come to your home on a scheduled appointment and fully set-up your DSL modem and activate your USFamily.Net High Speed Internet access.
